Andrea’s biggest passion lies in the opportunity to speak to students, to empower them with the sound nutrition information, but most importantly how to achieve a balance of health – encompassing their mental, physical and emotional well-being.  As this was a time in Andrea’s life when she felt the most pressures from society and the words of others’ settling into her brain, she is truly passionate about giving back, helping students see a different perspective, their own value and worth, and most importantly how to create a healthy balance of food nutrients and physical strength!

Andrea creates a safe space for students to ask questions, inquire about our current health world and ensure students do not feel judged based on the questions they ask and conversations that evolve.

Whether she interacts with students in kindergarten or high school, Andrea’s approach differs based on the children’s knowledge and skill set to align with the learning objectives as set by the individual teachers, principals and parent council groups.
